Product Recommendations Request Form

Use this form when you need product suggestions for clients such as unique/specific product requirements, large quantity/value opportunities, MerchBoxes, or your previous product suggestions haven’t satisfied the customer.

Tickets will be answered in order of priority at merchandising’s discretion, please include “RUSH” in the note field to notify the Brand Activation team of any rush requests to prioritize.
