The minimum order for this product is 16 pieces. This product must be ordered in increments of 4 due to case pack quantities.

Any drink works
I love this S'well Moonstone Traveler Bottle. I got the white one and it's beautiful. More importantly, it works so well! I left my water in the car on a sunny day and it was still cold when I returned to my car after work. Eight hours (or so) it stayed cold! I have used it for coffee a couple of times and it's great because of the wide mouth. I also put a smoothie in there a few times knowing it won't go bad and will stay really cold and icy. I am stoked to have this.

Great Product, Terrible Experience
My sales rep, Paige, was nearly impossible to get in touch with. When she did respond, it took days. I ordered the product a month before I needed it for a company event and it still had not gone into production three weeks after I placed the order. It was hard to get in touch with anyone because they seemed to only answer the office phone about 50% of the time. I had to get in touch with Paige's supervisor because I felt like the customer service was so bad. This is what it took for my order to finally go into production a few days before the event. They overnight shipped the bottles to us for free to make up for the poor service. We ended up receiving the product the afternoon before our event. Based on the level of stress this process caused, I don't think I will ever order from Merchology again.
